Shipping Policy - how we think about our shipping game!
About our shipping policies:
Your order will be handled the same day or the following day. We usually do not pack orders on weekends, if you are in a hurry to get your package, let us know and we'll see what we can do!
Pick up
- The customers themselves take care of the transport from the sender.
When you choose this delivery option we will pack your order with your name on it. Once it is packed and ready for pickup you will recieve a email with information on where and when you can pick it up. All orders made before 14.00 Monday-Friday will usually be packed and ready for pickup the same day. Contact us if you are in a hurry and we'll see how we can solve it!
Delivery
We use Matkahuolto, UPS & GLS as our shipping providers.

Finland:
Expected delivery time 2-3 weekdays.
Lähellä paketti (Pick-up Parcel) and XXS Parcel
Pick-up from a Matkahuolto parcel locker: As a rule, parcels are delivered to Matkahuolto parcel lockers within 1-2 working days, in larger cities also on Saturdays. You will be notified as soon as your parcel is available for collection. Transport is carbon neutral.
Pick-up from a Matkahuolto service point: As a rule, parcels are delivered to Matkahuolto pick-up point, such as parcel lockers, Matkahuolto service points, K-Markets or R-Kiosks, within 1-2 working days, in larger cities also on Saturdays. You will be notified as soon as your parcel is available for collection. Transport is carbon neutral.
Sweden and other EU countries:
Postpaket upphämtning
Pick-up from a locker: As a rule, parcels are delivered to parcel lockers within 5-7 working days. You will be notified as soon as your parcel is available for collection.
Note for international customers: Import duties, handling fees and customs fees may apply upon delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more details.
We are based in Finland and VAT registered within the EU.
Within the EU
For private customers, VAT is applied according to the tax rate of your country. We use the OSS (One Stop Shop) system to ensure correct VAT reporting within the EU.
Outside the EU (e.g. Norway, United Kingdom, USA)
For orders shipped outside the EU, no VAT is charged at checkout. However, import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not cover or reimburse them.
