Reclamation and Return Policy for KNITS by ce Ab

Reclamations:
We strive to provide products of expected quality, and we hope you are satisfied with your purchase from KNITS by ce Ab. If, however, you discover any faults or defects in the product, please contact us immediately.
- You have the right to file a complaint about faults or defects in the product within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
- Contact our customer service at hello@knits.fi and describe the fault or defect in as much detail as possible.
- We reserve the right to investigate the issue before approving a complaint.
- We also accept complaints about KNITS products purchased through any of our resellers.
Please note that our markers are not made of precious metal and have a certain estimated lifespan as the metal's shine may wear off due to surface treatment. If you wish to get a new ring for your marker, we welcome you to visit our studio or meet us during fairs/events, and we will replace the ring on your marker with a new one.
Returns:
According to Finnish law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without providing any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please:
- Contact our customer service at hello@knits.fi and inform us of your intention to return the product.
- Return the product in unused condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of informing us about the return.
- We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from receiving the returned product.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be made to the account used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
- Any depreciation in value may be deducted from the refund if the product has been used more than necessary to check its characteristics and function. This does not apply to complaints.
- If you purchased the item at a fair, we need to know which fair/event and the approximate time of the payment.
Returns due to the package not being picked up/neglected:
If you don't pick up your order from your pick-up provider, and it returs to us, we will refund you the following:
Order price
Minus shipping cost
Minus return cost
For example: Your order was a total 79,90€ including shipping cost.
The refund will then be 79,90€ - 10,90€ shipping - 29€ return cost.
= 40€ will be refunded through your payment method.
The payment are made once we recieve the return.
