The Knitworthy beanie - now also in kids sizes!

For the Knitworthy tag - which my husband Anton came up with the idea for, we designed the perfect somewhat baggy top beanie.

Size: 6-12mth (1-3y) 3-9y

Head circumference: 44-46 (48-50) 52-54 CM

Measurements (after blocking):  width 16 (18) 19 cm

Height (measured from the folding edge): 17 (18) 20 CM

Gauge: 17st x 29rnd = 10cm

Yarn: 1 strand Alpine merino(100m/50g), 1 strand Soft silk mohair(210m/25g), held together or 2 strand Pure merino held together with one strand s strand Soft silk mohair(210m/25g)

yardage:

  • dk: 100 (100) 100 g
  • mohair: 25 (25) 25 g.
  • aran: 100 (100) 100 g

Needles: 2 x 4,5mm circular needles (40 cm or longer if you knit magicloop)

Tools: 3 x stitch markers, sewing needle, resting cable
